RETAIL ASSISTANT 

ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking applications for a Retail Assistant for our first flagship store in Armadale, Melbourne. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience working in retail for a fashion or other premium brand. 

You will be an enthusiastic and capable team member, supporting the Store Manager in the day to day running and success of the store. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Providing a high level of customer service when assisting customers in store
  • Cultivating genuine customer relationships
  • Maintaining a high level of personal and store presentation including keeping the store clean and organised
  • Receiving and steaming of stock
  • Ensuring the organisation of back of house 
  • Answering phone and email enquiries
  • Assisting with stock management 
  • Supporting the e-comm store with orders and returns

 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE 

  • Understanding of The Curated brand and aesthetic
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a retail position
  • Strong motivation and enthusiasm towards all tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn product knowledge
  • Excellent personal presentation and grooming
  • Good computer skills 
  • Consistent casual/ part-time availability including weekends
