All returns must be unworn, unaltered and in its original condition and packaging with tags and ribbon attached. Please submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order and ensure any strong perfume scents are not transferred onto the product when trying on the items.

All orders placed via https://au.shopthecurated.net must be returned to our returns address:

Return Methods & Return Fees

In-store: You are more than welcome to return your item/s at our store located at 1250 High St, Armadale VIC ($10 return fee will not apply).

Sendle drop off: We will provide a returns label and you can drop off your return at any of the Sendle locations listed ($10 return fee applies, deducted from final refund amount). 

*Please note this option is not available for New Zealand, return shipping will be at the customer's own expense.

Mail: You can arrange your own returns label at your own expense choosing your preferred courier ($10 return fee will not apply).

Exchanges

Due to our products selling out fast, we are no longer able to provide exchanges. However if you are located in Melbourne, you are more than welcome to come into our store to place an exchange.

Faulty/Incorrect Items

The Curated is committed to providing high quality pieces. We’re so sorry if you have received a faulty item or the incorrect item! Please e-mail us at hello@shopthecurated.net with your order number along with photos of the fault and our customer care team will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

Our team will inspect each return and items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty.

Returns During Holiday

For all orders placed for Christmas before the 25th of December come with an extended return window for Store Credit only or in store exchanges by January 7th. Please note we do not offer full refunds for items that exceed our standard return window.

Sale Items

Sale items are deemed final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange online. However, sales items can be exchanged in our physical stores within 14 working days.

Refund Processing Timeframe

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to clear your account, depending on your financial institution.

Any items that have signs of wear or damage will be returned to the customer.

Late Returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days of receiving you order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of The Curated AS PTY LTD and may only be refunded as a store credit or returned to the customer.

Repeated Returns

We carefully monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns will be flagged. This may lead to the closure of your account with The Curated AS and any future orders will be cancelled.
