In the instance that you may need to return one of your items, the following terms & conditions apply to all purchases made at shopthecurated.net

Terms of Return
Full Priced Items
Full priced items purchased online are eligible to be returned for a refund or credit note.
Sale Items
Sale items purchased online are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or credit note, unless deemed faulty.
Conditions of Return
Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your online return request:
- Return Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days of receiving you order.
- Items must be in original condition (including tags & ribbons).
- Items must not have been worn, altered or washed.
- Gift Cards may not be returned.
The Curated reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply, with returns accepted at the discretion of The Curated returns team. In the instance of a return not meeting the above conditions, the customer will be notified via email & the item will be returned to them.
Return Processing Times
Once the returned items have been received, we ask that you allow up to 14 business days for initial inspection & processing of return. Following acceptance of a return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or credit note has been issued.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for another item or size, simply return it for a credit note or refund & purchase the new item separately.
Refunds
The Curated does not refund original shipping fees or duties & taxes paid at the time of customs entry. Where relevant, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount when your return is processed. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Return Methods & Return Fees
In-store
Armadale Boutique – You are most welcome to return your item/s at our store located at 1250 High Street, Armadale in Victoria. (Return fee will not apply)
Sendle Drop-Off
The Curated will provide a prepaid return shipping label & you may drop your return to any of the Sendle locations listed ($10 return fee applies, deducted from the final refund amount)
**Please note the above option is not available for New Zealand, return shipping will be at customer´s own expense.
You can arrange your own returns label at your own expense with a preferred courier ($10 return fee will not apply)
Repeated Returns
We carefully monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns will be flagged. This may lead to the closure of your account with The Curated AS and any future orders will be cancelled.
Quality Guarantee
If you receive an item that you believe to be faulty, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@shopthecurated.net . Please note, items that are damaged as a result of normal wear & tear, by accident, or by your own misuse, will not be considered faulty.
